Provide Tier 1 technical support to teachers, staff, students and building based Technology Support Specialists. Must have experience in: Chromebook devices, iPads, MDM systems, and/or providing end-user support for Windows based computers in a Microsoft network environment, cloud based apps, audio visual equipment and/or applications (LCD Projectors, Smart Boards, document cameras, etc.).
