POSITION SUMMARY
Strategic Thinking & Planning – Lead the development and implementation of an integrated sales and marketing strategy across all channels to drive profits and market penetration.
Sales & Revenue Growth – Responsible for revenue maximization for all resort products and services; work cross-functionally to ensure organizational cohesion and alignment around sales and marketing strategies; identify and develop creative brand partnerships that expand Gunstock’s reach into new markets.
Data Management & Competitive Analysis – Remain informed on industry trends and provide detailed analysis for the development of long-term pricing strategies and complex financial models that accurately forecast profitability and cash flow; make effective use of guest experience measurement tools, such as Net Promoter Score and other industry surveys to develop marketing strategies that strengthen brand loyalty.
Communications – Work closely with the executive team on issue-oriented messaging and media response; develop media/PR strategies that effectively promote the resort’s products and services and mitigates reputational risks.
Community Relations – Maintain productive and positive relationships with the Gunstock Area Commission, community leaders, and NH businesses to promote tourism in the Lakes Region; act as a role model in both social media and public forums through active and collaborative participation.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of demonstrated experience building a brand’s integrated marketing presence with an exciting portfolio across offline channels (experiential, community, event, radio, TV), digital/online channels (paid and unpaid social, SEO, SEM, email), and partnerships.
5+ years of experience developing creative marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns; proficient in and enjoy spending time in MS Office, Google Analytics, and BI solutions.
Demonstrated success leading a creative team to develop compelling brand and product stories with a strong aesthetic sense during conceptualization.
A passion for skiing and outdoor recreation; intermediate to advanced skiing/snowboarding ability required to support and participate in photo shoots, public relations, and special events.
Stellar leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with other departments on strategic planning and execution; crisis communication planning and PR experience is a must.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a marketing or business management discipline preferred.
