Marketing Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:
Support the Promotions Manager with program execution of key partner and promotions initiatives
Help prepare retail partner campaign timelines, budgeting reports and creative presentations
Support media promotions initiatives to include Radio/TV/Print added value media programs & on-site radio remotes
Generate retail & media promotions performance recaps
Lead retail in-market partner auditing process to ensure excellence in execution
Support Advertising Manager by managing timelines for creative needs surrounding park campaigns and initiatives
Assist with in-park communication and messaging surrounding events, offers, tours, upgrades etc.
Own community outreach events from execution to post-event analysis
Schedule staff for events; order, maintain, and track inventory for promotional items
Oversee data collection and develop new and innovative ways to connect with the community at outreach events
Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, vendors and our Guests
Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:
4 Year degree, MBA a plus
High proficiency using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Be able to handle multiple priorities, be able to handle change, and quick deadlines, and be able to perform well under pressure
Have outstanding communications skills.
Ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively
Be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends. evenings and holidays
