Essential Functions Manages the Helpdesk queue by completing or triaging support requests Provides support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure users Reviews & Processes Windows or Linux server build request Manages datacenter tape backup rotations and exports Other duties as assigned Mobility: The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Communicate: Frequently and effectively communicate with others.
Required Two (2) years of continuous IT Systems support experience OR one (1) year of continuous experience with appropriate IT Certification Knowledge of Windows and Linux Server OS Knowledge of Windows Desktop OS Knowledge of Active Directory services
Preferred College Degree in IT Systems or related field IT Industry Certifications (A+, MCSE, etc...) Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure services.
