Duties
You will provide technical guidance in the design, coding, testing, and debugging process.
You will monitor and evaluate systems' compliance with IT security requirements, and provide advice and guidance in implementing IT security policies and procedures in the development and operation of network systems.
You will install, configure, and test software on customer workstations, as well as receive, respond to, and ensure complete resolution of any help center call.
You will manage core storage infrastructure (including but not limited to: NetApp, EqualLogic) for all NPS Enterprise resources (Including but not limited to: Aggregates, Qtrees, Volumes, groups, LUNs).
You will design, configure, and maintain Enterprise Email Database Availability Group in a high availability mode at the server, network, and storage levels to ensure system uptime of Enterprise email.
You will prepare and execute, as appropriate, procedures and PowerShell scripts to restore enterprise email system production, database: repair, restores, and integrity checks, and Dialtone databases.
You will design, implement, configure, and maintain logical and physical high availability solution of Storage Area Network (SAN) for the enterprise email system of NPS.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 
Reviewing IT programs to assess overall compliance with IT plans, policies, and alignment with business requirements; 
Planning and implementing CAT I's, CAT II's, and CAT III's fixes/mitigations from DISA's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), DoD Retina Vulnerabilities, and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) to secure NPS enterprise information systems including but not limited to: Windows DNS, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DHCP, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Server 2003; 
Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of customer support services to the organization; 
Installing and maintaining software and hardware, controlling current versions and future releases of applications software, and documenting the physical configuration of an information system.
