Responsibilities Clear communication with all dealership staff, customers, and outside vendors Pulls and fills orders from stock Locates out-of-stock parts and submits emergency orders when necessary Follow up on back ordered parts Ensure that all requests are billed on proper orders Sets up shipments for delivery, or pickup Participates in maintaining a tracking system for lost sales Bills sublet parts with proper mark-up Qualifications Automotive parts experience preferred Valid Driver License Bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, standing for prolonged periods of time Attention to detail Time management Warehouse experience Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
