The IT Services Specialist is responsible for all sales functions relating to the development of new customer relationships for the company. The ideal candidate must be very skilled at prospecting, completing thorough assessments of IT environments, aligning customer needs with ideal solutions and successfully securing new business in an expeditious manner.


Essential Responsibilities :
Client Service
Provide responsive client service. Answer internal and external client/vendor calls quickly and pleasantly. Communicate in a friendly, professional and patient manner
Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term client/vendor relationships
Immediately address any customer concerns, notifying appropriate management of action taken to resolve
Maintain exceptional client service, understanding client satisfaction and perception
Strong attention to detail

Daily Required Functions
Execute daily prospecting activities required for achieving the assigned sales quota
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer pain-points and requirements as it relates to the management of client’s IT environment
Partner with other departments and resources to develop business relevant solutions for all complex opportunities
Deliver effective presentations that promote benefits in terms of financial justification as well as overall improvement in service performance
Successfully secure new-logo business consisting of annuity based managed IT services agreements
Execute all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction
Accurately create and regularly maintain account records in company’s CRM resource
Travel throughout the assigned territory to engage prospective customers as required
Keep management informed of account plans based on client conditions and schedule
Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads and represent the Company at industry-related events.
