As a Staffing Manager, you will work on a collaborative anddriven team in achieving company and branch initiatives.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated leadershipcapabilities as you will be responsible for account management as well asmanaging and overseeing the development of your team.

Staffing Manager Key Responsibilities:
Working with clients and job-seekers in high leveldirect-hire opportunities
Supporting the Branch Manager in daily operations
Assisting Recruiters with technique and guidance onchallenging recruiting needs
Training and developing internal staff in order to buildbranch strength
Lead sales initiative and build a pipeline for future sales
Experience in a customer service role responsible formulti-level client communication
HR and data management experience
Demonstrable success managing a team or process
Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
Able to lead, organize and build effective and diverse teams
Must have seasoned critical thinking and problem-solvingskills
Practical experience and comfort with using operationalsoftware, Microsoft Office products, and
basic data management tools for analysis
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively acrossall platforms
Able to listen and respond to information effectively andinfluence decision makers
 
Staffing Manager Qualifications
Proven track record of success in leadership role
High level of customer service and account management skills
Ability to motivate and influence internal staff
Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solvingskills.
 
Experience Required
