Facilitates and delivers Virtual Instructor Led Training on laboratory quality control software products
Manage software implementation projects to ensure successful configuration, training and deployment
Deliver superior customer service by providing a customized training experience

Qualifications
Minimum high school graduate; some college, professional education or college degree preferred
2+ years of customer service, teaching, or training experience
Customer oriented, team focused and quick learning skills a must
Service Cloud CRM experience is a plus
