Key Responsibilities
include:Project management support (e.g.- follow-up on open items, maintain issues logs, create/update/maintain project timelines, meeting preparation, meeting minutes)
Create and maintain Master Calendar of projects
Maintain a consolidated issues log; identify and share best practices
Metrics Tracking, Analysis, and periodic Dashboard Reporting


Qualifications
BA/BS Degree
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to foster professional relationships with internal and external partners
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Resilient in coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritize responsibilities/tasks and work under pressure
Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information with discretion
Able to work on tight deadlines when necessary
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
Knowledge of American Express campaign execution processes and systems strongly preferred
Understanding of marketing concepts and how they influence the customer experience is preferred
Demonstrated sense of exceptional personal excellence
