IT Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Document, maintain, and upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.
Support and maintain user information including rights, security and system groups.
Support, monitor, and carry out tasks that pertain to ERP implementation.
Install new software, upgrade, evaluate, and install patches to resolve software related issues.
Perform system backup and restore files on computers during repairs and new computer installations.
Responsible for ensuring that all requested tickets are carried out in a timely manner.
Support and oversee any technology projects as needed.
Support additional technology requirements for any inhouse meetings.
Assist with updating and maintaining technology related inventory.
Shall maintain and support an effective working relationship with all employees in Grand Rapids and Washington.
Accept other duties as assigned by management.
Other duties as assigned, reasonably related to the scope of the position.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
Associates Degree or Certificate/Training related to IT preferred.
