Position Responsibilities:
Manage 100+ Workstations (Laptops/Desktops/etc)
Proactively schedule and upgrade user workstations older than 4 years
Build and maintain master image for Win10 and Win11
Manage asset tag system and leverage existing tools for asset details
Verify successful Microsoft patch window
Schedule or automate feature updates for Win10 and Win11
Develop and maintain patch schedule for driver/firmware updates
Perform break/fix for various end user issues
Maintain inventory of workstations/peripherals
Manage phone support requests
Manage 60+ Avaya J-series SIP phones
Leverage 3rd party phone support group for requests
Maintain inventory of phones/headsets
Manage Mobile Devices including cellphone and tablets
Track phone models for models near EOL and schedule upgrades
Manage Jamf MDM for mobile devices
Create and maintain Blueprints for cellphones/tablets
Setup new hires and process terminations
Coordinate new extension and public number creation for new hires
Coordinate extension forwarding for terminations
Coordinate Active Directory creation/deletion
