Helpdesk Technician

Knowledge of computer technology, applications, operating systems, and the capabilities and limitations of computer and peripheral equipment
Basic knowledge of networking communication standards and protocols, and personal computers
Practical knowledge of Active Directory administration, installation, configuration, and service and support
Experience with Outlook, Windows Operating System, Printers, Anti-Virus applications


Management Preferences:
Minimum 1-year experience with an endpoint management solution such as Ivanti (LANDesk) or SCCM
Minimum 1-year experience with an enterprise-level patch management solution
Industry certifications such as A+ or Microsoft MTA, MCSA or MCSE
Ability to understand operations and organize components into a logical system
Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
