Data Center Technician, Hardware Operations

Responsibilities:
Lead, troubleshoot, and resolve critical or escalated technical issues over a significant population of affected equipment.
Help test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs.
Configure and troubleshoot OS-related issues on servers.
Contribute to and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new data center servers and network infrastructure.

Minimum qualifications:
Experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems.
Experience in operating systems and networking protocols.
Experience in data center or network operation center environment.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in troubleshooting hardware/network related issues using Linux based tools.
Experience in networking protocols.
Experience in light coding or scripting.
Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome tests.
