Builder/Construction Management Assistant

Responsibilities:
Support the Builder Team with construction job-site management
Manage the community and construction site appearance by keeping job sites clean and organized
Assist the Builder with scheduling, managing and inspecting the work of trade partners
Manage and/or complete repair projects
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Must be able to bend, lift, squat, kneel, reach, climb stairs and ladders, walk on uneven surfaces, and work outdoors on construction job sites in various weather conditions.
