Application Specialist

In this role you will provide t echnical support to customers during the pilot process, diagnoses and debugs problems and performs other analysis tasks as assigned.
Works with the customer to understand deep business requirements as it relates to MSI applications.
Includes requirements documentation, implementation, verification, training and support.
Responsibilities include Workflow Config, UI Customization, Provisioning, Training on MSI Applications, Capture Application Level Business Requirements BPR and Visioning Document and Go Live Support
