It could be argued that moving to a remote work environment for your company is a leap in faith. It is, in a sense. You can't move to remote work without trusting the system and your team. First, let go of any fears about your team's behaviour. Trust that they will work as hard as they did in the office.

1. Instead of focusing on the hours spent, focus on the results.
